Please use this form to initiate an open record request with the City and County of Broomfield pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), §24-72-203 C.R.S. Acknowledgment - A response to this request will be provided in accordance with §24-72-203 C.R.S. If access to the records is allowed by the provisions of CORA, and the request will require more than one (1) hour to fulfill, the Clerk's Office will notify you at the email provided on this form of the estimated charges at the rate of $33/hour. The estimate must be paid in full prior to the request being fulfilled. Hard copy records may be made available for review between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Copy fees may apply.
